Refund policy

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear
