Refund policy

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

EU Customers: We provide a 14‑day return window in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal. Returns begin on the day the last item in your order is delivered. Cancellations are allowed until your order is fulfilled.

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear
